Each tablet contains: Cisapride 5 mg


Gastrointestinal motility disorders especially gastroparesis and reflux esophagitis.

Severe gastroesophageal reflux, if another therapies failed.

  • Hypersensitive or intolerance with cisapride.
  • Patients with organic disease, such as gastric or intestinal bleeding, mechanical obstruction or gastrointestinal perforation.
  • Use concomitantly with antifungi azole, macrolide antibiotic, HIV protease inhibitor, nefazodone, anti arrhythmia, tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressant, anti psychotic, astemisol, sparfloxacin.
:: DOSAGE ::

Initial dose: 5 mg, 3-4 times daily.
Maximum dose: 40 mg/day.

Initial dose: 0.2 mg/kg body weight in 3-4 times daily.
Dose can increased to 0.8 mg/kg body weight/day but not exceed 20 mg daily. Every administered, dosage should not exceed 5 mg.

:: Impaired Hepatic or Renal ::

½ daily recommended dose.

Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take 15 minutes before meals).

Every 2 weeks of usage, evaluation by a physician.

:: Warning and Precautions ::
  • Patient with or in suspected risk factor of cardiac arrhythmia.
  • Patient with increase gastrointestinal motility.
  • Pregnant and lactation.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
:: Adverse Reactions ::

Dizziness, nausea, pharyngitis, chest pain, fatigue, lower back pain, depression, dehydration, myalgia; abdominal cramps, borborygmi, diarrhea; rash, pruritus, urticaria, angioedema, bronchospasm.
