• In 2007, Dexa Medica had been entitled "The Five Best & Most Convenience Companies", provided by HayGroup along with Swa Sembada magazine, according to Engaged Performance (EP) model. Employer of Choice Award 2007 received by the Corporate Managing Director Dexa Medica, Ir. Ferry Soetikno, MSc., MBA., given by the Chief Editor Swa Sembada, Kemal E. Gani on April 10, 2007 in Jakarta. This is the second time for Dexa Medica to be selected as Employer of Choice, after in previous year had chosen as 'Top 10 Employer of Choice 2006', secured seventh position.

    The Top Five Employer of Choice 2007 are: 1. PT. Astra International Tbk, 2. PT. TNT Indonesia, 3. PT. Bank Niaga Tbk, 4. PT. Dexa Medica and 5. PT. Microsoft Indonesia. Engaged Performance consists of four key drivers—internal leadership effectiveness, talent management (employees' opportunity to go forward, external business focus (the ability of companies in responding to external changes), effectiveness of internal direction (long-term corporate direction).

    This independent survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires (consist of 50 questions) to employees randomly. A total of 10 670 employees from 42 companies follow the survey.
